Born in Naples in 1962 by a family of artists and musicians. After some years of classical piano studies, he starts playing drums in 1979. In 1983 begins to perform in clubs and as a result also participates in television broadcasts on RAI networks. In 1986 he moved to New York where he worked as roadie with his friend Al Foster and has the opportunity to play with Michael Cochrane, David Gross , Marcus Mc Lorin among others. In 1990 he returned to Italy.
